I work with couples, families, and individuals. I see my role a helping people overcome problems and struggles, offering support, and equipping them with the tools needed to reach the summit of their metaphorical ‘mountain.’ In this process, they can appreciate the view but also look back on their past challenges and recognize their growth. My diverse cultural background, paired with living in three countries, allows me to connect with others from a variety of backgrounds. I have a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counselling, am a member of the Professional Association of Christian Counsellors and Psychotherapists (PACCP). I am also a SYMBIS Facilitator with a Certificate in Emotional Focus Therapy (EFT).
